Cross Creek Builders, a home
building company, was ready
to start putting up homes in a
brand-new lakeside community
and needed ways to promote
their business and the new
homes they would be building.
This photo shows designs of a
brochure, postcard, pocket-
folder, notecard and envelope
that were designed by Katie for
Cross Creek Builders. Much of the
copy for the brochure was also
developed by Katie.
