The following information will walk you through our design process and will give you an
idea of what it's like to do business with us.

Meeting you and determining goals for the project:
The first, and most important part of any project is to meet with you (in person or by phone) to discuss your ideas, goals, and to get information about your business, products or services, and the message you want to convey to your specific audience. This will allow us to brainstorm creative solutions that will be effective for you and determine the best approach, execution,
and deployment of the project.

Free quote based on project scope:
After we have a clear idea of what will be required for your project(s), we can provide you with a free quote. Our quotes are based
on several different factors, including the
estimated amount of time required to generate initial ideas, graphics and proofs, an allotted number of revisions, time required to complete the revisions, how quickly you would like to have the job turned around, and any other extras you might like
to add. We work within the budget of the quote unless you request more or in the case that the project becomes much more
involved than originally specified. Under these circumstances, the increase in final price would be discussed with you before the extra work was performed (unless otherwise directed by you).

STEP THREE -Initial design - proofs, sketches, ideas
Once the quote is agreed upon in writing, we will start the process of designing your artwork. Depending on the type of project it

is, we will present you with either preliminary sketches/ideas or initial computer generated proofs. We will do this by bringing printouts to you in person (if you are in our area), emailing files, mailing printouts, or whatever method you prefer.

STEP FOUR -Refining & revising:
After you review initial proofs we will ask for feedback from you. Normally, there are a few revisions to be made or certain design elements to be worked on and refined (such as color, type, graphic images, etc.). We will continue the development of your project – refining, revising, coming up with new ideas, etc. until you are completely happy with the final look and feel of your piece(s). We will keep an open line of communication with you and will make sure you are aware of and comfortable with what we're creating every step of the way.

STEP FIVE -Putting you project
into action:

When you approve the final proof, we will help you take care of putting your project
into action. Most of these services, unless
they become very involved, are considered a part of the overall project and we do not charge for. The following are some examples of how we can help put your project into action:

Ex 1: If we have designed a brochure, business card, or some other type of printed piece, we will prepare the files for print and can either take care of the printing for you or send the files to a printer of your choice.

Ex 2: If we have designed a logo or some other type of composition that you plan to use on items in-house, we will create various file formats for you to use on the computers in your office.

Ex 3: If we design a website for you, we can help you get hosting and will upload the site for you.

STEP SIX -Payment
Normally payment is requested at the end of a project. Depending on the scope of the project, length of the project, and the agreements we make, we may request a deposit up front or after the initial proofs
have been received .
